The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional Supply chain in Import experience.

Responsibilities

• Support team leads in documentation management, logistic coordination, regulatory compliance, data management & reporting.
• CHA, FF, TBM, custom house, shipping lines and transport companies.
• Supervise import team in preparing, collecting all necessary documents required for import operation.
• Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Stay updated with changes in import duties, taxes & government policies affecting imports.
• Coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transport companies to ensure timely pick up and delivery of shipments.
• Correct documentation, compliance accuracy and timely delivery of parts and learning the purchasing process and support SCM deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification B.COM.
• 12+ years’ of equivalent / relevant industry experience in Imports.
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• Preferred – Import & Export process and industry knowledge.
