We are seeking a versatile technical consultant to assess and maintain our information technology systems. In this role, your duties will include developing applications, improving the efficiency of our hardware and software technologies and developing innovative solutions. You may also be required to provide staff with technical guidance. To ensure success as a technical consultant, you should exhibit extensive experience in providing Information Technology support in a demanding environment. Outstanding technical consultants ensure that company IT systems run efficiently.
Technical Consultant Responsibilities:

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications and Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures and Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Performing analyses on hardware, software, and network capabilities.
• Consulting with management and other departments as required.
• Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions.
• Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based portals.
• Resolving logged errors, as well as ensuring system security and encryption.
• Documenting processes and monitoring system performance metrics.
• Ensuring that computer hardware remains compatible with software updates.
• Implementing the latest technological advancements and solutions.
• Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting.
• Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.

Technical Consultant Requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering.
• Programming experience in Python, R, C++, Java, JavaScript
• Development experience in PHP, HTML, ASP.NET, CSS,
• Experience in the development of Conversational AI Chat bot such as Tawk.to
• Experience in developing or integration in SuiteCRM or other open source CRM
• Google Cloud Speech API for speech to text conversion experience
• Experience working for a Online Travel Company
• Team player
• Experience entering data in backend systems or application.
• Experience with social media and Graphic design
• Experience in MySQL database
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
• Experience with SEO
• Experience with application Admin tools and back office
• Must have good communication skills.
• Willing to work in US Timezone
• Familiar with Flight, Hotel, Car booking and other Travel components.
• API Integration experience
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Intranet
• Experience with WordPress Blog development and design.
