We are seeking an experienced data scientist who apart from the required mathematical and statistical
expertise also possesses the natural curiosity and creative mind to ask questions, connect the dots, and
uncover opportunities that lie hidden with the ultimate goal of realizing the data’s full potential.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with product design and engineering to develop an understanding of needs
● Research and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis
● Communicate findings to all stakeholders
● Enable smarter business processes—and implement analytics for meaningful insights
● Keep current with technical and industry developments

Skills and Qualifications:
● Graduate degree in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or
related discipline)
● Good programming skills in Python with strong working knowledge of Python’s numerical, data
analysis, or AI frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.
● Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau/ Power BI, PowerPoint
● Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
● Experience applying various machine learning techniques and understanding the key parameters
that affect their performance
● Advanced pattern recognition and predictive modeling experience
● Experience of building systems that capture and utilize large data sets to quantify performance via
metrics or KPIs
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment with several ongoing
concurrent projects
