About the role:

• Following the MEDDPICC methodology, work with Trellix business units, marketing, and others to develop customer-facing templates for account managers, customer success managers, renewal account managers, and partners.

• Leverage templates to develop Trellix customer-specific material for a global customer base.

• Ability to understand, based on persona, the type of message required to deliver the Trellix message to customers throughout the sales cycle.

• Respond to questions from stakeholders on the next steps and ensure the team provides exceptional service, even if the request seems out of scope.

• Develop seamless integration among internal platforms for sharing information.

• Create assets that articulate Trellix’s solutions in a storytelling approach that anyone in the sales organization can leverage.

• Support the enablement organization by managing a team of individuals who create process, solution, and technical learning modules for the sales organization.

About You:

• 6+ years of experience in a content specialist role.

• Experience in working in a matrixed, dynamic organization requiring working across multiple time zones.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Work as a self-starter who requires minimal guidance and meets agreed-upon timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the software industry.

• Experience leveraging Google’s suite of tools, Seismic, and Lessonly.
