CRM Activity

1. Marketing

Ø Daily activity of Marketing persons updated

Ø Opp+Quotation+Order Created

Ø Machine Payment & Dispatch clearance updated

Ø Opportunity reviews data

Ø Accounts/contacts to be updated if marketing person meet new customers

Ø Machine 10 % after Commissioning payment to be follow-up with customer

Ø Franchise commission statement – monthly

Ø Payment requisition checked

Ø Machine Invoice to be acknowledge with customer seal & signature.

Ø Neglect accounts followup through phone calls

2. Service

Ø Service calls received from customers & assigning to respective Engineers

Ø Calls to be opened in CRM

Ø Intimate while opening the call is OW/UW/ACM to engineers

Ø Labour quotation has sent to customer

Ø E-Leg Sheet has maintained on monthly basis

Ø Weekly get the feedback from customers for BD calls and send the report

Ø Monthly identify the OW machines in the machine list & AMC control sheet

Ø Send the OW letter/AMC Contracts for customer for ow machines

Ø AMC Opportunity to be entered in CRM

Ø MRN Materials are ordered to the principle for under warranties calls

Ø Overall the service activity to be entered

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹8,637.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
