TRIDAT Hiring for Business Analyst Clearing Settlement at India Full Time

Tridat Technologies is hiring “Business Analyst Clearing & Settlement ” for one of the IT based organization focused into payment industry based @ Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore !!!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform client interviews to understand business requirements
• Perform review, analysis/gap analysis and evaluation of business as well as user requirements
• Detailed documentation (FSD, User stories, DOUs, Flow charts, wireframes) of business requirements and business flows
• Walkthrough of requirement documents with internal stakeholders (IT, Ops, Business) & external stakeholders (Client, Partners) with the objective of taking sign-off from all of them
• Functional Design create & review for accuracy and adherence to requirements as per document
• Non functional requirement definition (like setting of performance testing benchmarks based on projected business volumes)
• Gives design input through knowledge of software and industry to ensure all accommodations have been made
• Supports QA team in ensuring completeness of the Test cases created, executing critical test cases and review of test case results
• Complete ownership in adhering to the timelines as per agreed project plan
• Create Training Material for new products and provide handoff/training to respective internal teams for BAU activity
• Support Business in Pre-Sales activity including but not limited to Product Writeups, Functional diagrams/flows, effort estimation & client presentation/demo

Area of Expertise:

• 2+ years of experience in the Card Industry
• 3-4 years of experience in providing solutions to clients/customers
• Good understanding of the key players in the acquiring business (device vendors), their roles, and functions in the industry with working knowledge on the card acquiring business
• Strong Understanding of clearing & settlement processes (Back office) like settlement, accounting, and reconciliation
• Good understanding of ISO 8583, EMV standards, PCI and PA DSS standards
• Familiarity with Visa BASE II, MasterCard IPM clearing, RuPay Clearing and card scheme disputes and settlement process

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with all levels of an organization
• Fluent in English
• People skills including acting with integrity and respect for others, negotiation, political sensitivity, professional impartiality, service orientation, personal time management and ability to achieve success through exercise of influence
• Knowledge of software development methodologies including agile methodologies
• Ability to work with processes established to retain critical knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Initiative and the ability to work in a self-directed fashion
• Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• A high degree of attention to quality, detail, and deadlines

Education:

• B.E. or B. Tech or BSc (IT), MBA (Preferred)
