• Ensuring the integrity of data storage and backup systems
• Comfortable Working on Windows and Linux-based servers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Servers
• Using security tools to protect the network from hackers, malware, and other threats
• Anticipating problems and resolving them before they impact users when possible
• Testing software and reviewing application logs.
• Working knowledge of Computer Networks, Routing Protocols, and Networking.
• Attending meetings and leading computer training sessions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
