Triovision Composite Technologies Pvt ltd is looking to fill following roles.

CMM Engineer-01

Reporting to: Department Head

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical0/ B.E (Mech.)

Desired Experience: Up to 2 to 3 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in an Automobile industry.

Skills Set required/Job Profile :

• Ensure that precision machinery is in working condition and properly calibrated.
• Determine program requirements based on design and engineering requirements.
• Update all CMM programs in support of Production and Component Development department.
• Connect with the CMM service provider for code change according to the product requirements
• Configure and monitor connectivity between the data collection software and all CMM’s, manual entry and automatic gauging systems.
• Provide technical and mechanical support for all CMM’s including cleaning, calibration and troubleshooting.
• Validate the product dimensional parameters according to customer standards
• Perform CTQ (Critical to Quality) analysis on a prescribed basis.
• Conduct final product inspection according to the quality parameters specified
