Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Telecaller

to join our travel company. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate sales leads, provide travel information, and convert inquiries into bookings. You will play a key role in connecting with potential travelers and helping them plan their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to travel-related inquiries.
Provide information about destinations, travel itineraries, tour packages, pricing, and visa services.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing suitable travel options.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up calls using CRM tools.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest travel trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [language(s) as needed – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or the travel industry is a plus.
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Pay: ?10,086.00 – ?18,940.04 per month
