Position: Customer Relations Manager

Job Location: RANCHI

CTC: – Negotiable

Experience: 3_ to 6 years_

• Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects (distributors and retailers)
• Maintains relationships with channel partner by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining alert on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training and establishing personal networks
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Reports market gaps and quality issues to Management for improvement in product quality
