TTEC Hiring for QA Testing Analyst at Hyderabad, India Full Time

What you’ll be doing:

As a QA Testing Analyst, you would work as a part of a dynamic team involved with web, portal, CRM application, and other testing for new systems and/or enhancements with a focus on both manual and/or automated testing tools, test script and test plan creation and maintenance, defect tracking and reporting.

You will be responsible for:

• Work with business partners, systems analysts, designers and programmers to create/analyze required project documents and ensure that quality assurance processes are incorporated

• Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases

• As an assigned project team member, write and execute functional / feature, integration, smoke and regression tests on API platforms

• Write and execute SQL database queries

• Drive defect resolution

• Assist business users in defining user acceptance, performance and load test scripts

• Establish and maintain test cases and communicate test results with business partners and clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 3 years of Quality Assurance Testing experience

• Strong knowledge of relational databases

• Experience with java development

• Experience utilizing the Agile methodology in a Scrum framework

• Strong troubleshooting and defect / issue resolution skills

• Ability to follow best practices and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Eclipse, Java, Selenium, and Saucelab
