The position
The role of TA Operations Manager will drive operational effectiveness of the corporate and professional TA function. The position will develop and maintain a global process to enable a high performing TA function. This is a player/coach role, and you will need to roll up your sleeves as we transform and build a high-performing TA operations. The ideal candidate will have developed and delivered recruiting strategies, programs and tools before that will help ensure TTEC selects the very best candidate for all positions. S/He will work across the organization to ensure the proper TA process and systems are in place to deliver a best-in-class Customer Experience to hiring managers, business leaders and candidates, while helping us to deliver on our aggressive hiring goals.
More specifically, the TA Operations Manager will:
Work with our TA operations team members, recruiters and business partners on global system and process enhancements and efficiencies that further our TA capability and allow us to consistently meet the needs of the organization.
Help design, build and execute a Return on Investment approach to recruitment, including the tracking and reporting of performance metrics on cost management, quality of hires, effectiveness, and productivity.
Maintain the vendor governance structure, including regular meetings with vendors to assess and improve the quality of services and the relationship.
Central maintenance and management of preferred supplier and outsourcing contracts, ensuring renewals, rates and other key contractual terms are handled in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
Help document and implement documentation process and templates to serve as best practice for a framework for all recruitment processes globally.
Conduct regular assessment of current and future state of ATS system and refine as appropriate.
Provide ongoing training and a user guide for ATS globally.
Research and implement CRM system to compliment ATS and sourcing process.
Establish meaningful and consistent reporting and data analytics on talent-related metrics, monthly scorecards, management reporting and other information to provide visibility for decision support, team management and insight into hiring trends.
Assist in establishing, ramping and maintaining an offshore sourcing function to support our talent practice areas and most critical hiring needs.
Oversight for data integrity across our TA systems.
Collaborate with the recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes and ensure compliance
Oversight of TA-related activities & responsibilities in the new hire onboarding process.
Influence the organization to adopt new and cutting edge practices in talent attraction and acquisition by staying abreast of the latest practices
Evaluate recruitment messaging, effectiveness and process efficiency and provide recommendations
Manage talent marketing collateral and tools and content development for recruitment outreach efforts and make recommendations on optimal messaging for candidate communications
Partner with recruiters, employee branding team and external media sources to position TTEC as a top employer
Measure impact and optimization of marketing efforts across channels; communicate results and share best practices broadly
Identify ongoing recruiter training needs and develop materials and programs, along with our Learning and Development team, to ensure a constant learning and development environment
Supervise, coach, train and develop TA operations/sourcing/marketing team, while also contributing individually to the team results
The Person
The TA Operations Manager that TTEC is looking for has a special combination of passion as a change agent, hands-on, and an effective advisor who thrives on the hunt – what, where, and how to operationalize, standardize, and improve recruiting outcomes. The successful candidate will have a can-do mindset with a problem-solving orientation to help the business better mirror the external market, while protecting its reputation and brand as a company among the best places to work that does the right thing, every time. The candidate we seek will have a combination of many of the following experiences, skills, and important personal characteristics:
8-15 years’ experience in talent acquisition in a variety of roles including some combination of sourcing, recruiting, and operations
Deep experience with Applicant Tracking systems, Metrics and Reporting, Compliance, Process Improvement and Program / Project Management.
Strong customer care orientation exemplified by a history of implementing programs that promote an extraordinary candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and influence all levels of the organization
A reputation for productively challenging the status quo and championing new initiatives
Experience acting as a catalyst for change and stimulating others to change
Ability to learn quickly in response to shifting dynamics and change. Open-minded, agile and able to operate in a flexible manner.
Excellent planning and organizational skills with the proven ability to translate business strategy and planning into actionable talent and recruiting strategies.
Articulate with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external constituencies is required
Strong metrics orientation with a track record of driving performance and evaluating the ROI of talent acquisition plans.
Knowledge of recruitment systems and technologies and web-based tools and platforms
Strong reporting and dashboarding experience with a focus on insights provided by data
Influential leadership skills with demonstrated expert knowledge of the talent acquisition operations function
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; exceptional presentation skills; ability to lead group discussions

EDUCATION and Licensing
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is desired but not required.
