Position: Assistant Manager/Senior Sales Executive– Goverment and Institutional Sale Electrical -Jharkhand

Responsible to: Head-Sales and Marketing

A. Overview of the position

The job will have the responsibility of work as a sales team member in the state

of Bihar and Jharkhand to grow the business portfolio of Tulsyan Enterprises with a focus on Government, institutional and industrial and sales supporting the diversification effort into electrical.

B. Qualification

o Primary: Bachelor degree

o Knowledge of Computers

C. Experience and Skills

o At least Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Field Sales, Preferably in Electrical Trading

• Sales activities, with end-to-end knowledge of the sales related processes and demonstrated success of contributing towards organizational growth

o Exposure and connects in the state government, large industries, contracting parties and autonomous bodies in the state of Jharkhand.

• Good knowledge of the upcoming projects in the state of Jharkhand.
• Must possess strong sales and marketing skills and business acumen to grow

and expand business for the firm

• Commitment to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Openness to travel, to meet internal and external business demands.

D. Key Responsibilities

• Institutional sales through architects, builders, contractors, consultants etc
• Tapping new project orders
• Business Development
• Key account management
• Building up the network of business partners
• Registration of the Company and its products at Government and Institutional establishments
• Participate in bidding/ tendering process
• Negotiation and finalization of Order
• Handling business enquiries
• Client engagement
• Payment realization

Representing the Company at Business Meets/ Exhibitions/ Trade shows

F. Other Responsibilities

o Representing the Company at Business Meets/ Exhibitions/ Trade shows

o Generating lead and helping Solar Projects in Business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
