Position Intern: Customer Support

Qualification: B. Tech (CS / IT), MCA, BCA

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Technical Knowledge: HTML, CSS, Server Side deployment, Google Dialog Flow, Web server, My SQL DB, Oracle, Linux

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience or Fresher’s with sound understanding of help desk support
• Excellent spoken as well as written communication
• Proficiency in English & Hindi languages
• Working knowledge of databases/ Remote control tools
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being a product company, you are expected to provide technical support/solution to users of our products over the telephone or email
• Provide good care to users/customers
• Identify and build a repository of bugs/issues
• Conduct telephonic surveys/engage users/customers
• Generate MIS reports periodically
