Turito India Private Limited Hiring for Academic Student Account Manager. at Hyderābād Full Time

Responsibilities –

1) Responsible for ensuring course completion, Student attending session, attempting tests or any other assignment.

2) Working with Student to understand present gaps and then working with Tutor to design a learning journey for the student

3) Periodically working with Tutors to see the progress based on the learning gaps identified

4) Working with Internal Teams to ensure all the tools/contents needed by the Tutor to achieve the learning goals are worked upon.

5) Working with internal teams to make a student progress report and share the same periodically with the stakeholders (parents, Students & Tutors)

6) Engage with the Student/parents and get their 1st hand feedback regarding the Program any changes they feel should be done in the Session plan, method of delivery, Course content, reinforcement etc.

7) Look at any other concerns in relation to access course content, study material, tests submissions

8) Working towards creating a healthy Student- parent-teacher relationship to ensure the retention of students

9) Counselling the student and parent basis on Diagnostic Report and inform the learning gaps

10) Year Plan – Provide the learning plan and learning goals basis on the diagnostic report and learning gaps.

11) Customised Schedule – Prepare the custom schedule for the student basis on the plan. Timings, no. of classes per week etc. Assign the preferred teacher and teacher change, if required.

12) Onboarding – Initial orientation to the parent and student about the platform, resources and various reports and point of contact for any support etc.

13) Regular Parent Meetings – Sharing assessment reports and briefing about the reports on regular basis

14) Complaint Resolution – He/she should help the parent/student to resolve any sort of complaints such as technical or academic.

15) Student Usage – Monitor the product usage by the students and update.

16) Would be responsible for Student Success for about 250 enrollments

Skills Required –

1) Over-phone people interaction experience, in a B2C EdTech

2) Good convincing ability and articulation

3) Strong written and verbal communication in English Language

4) Analytical mind & attention to detail

5) Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful

6) Prior experience in Counselling/Coaching/Mentoring students/ Parent Engagement/Teaching

7) Should be an excellent communicator, listener, and problem-solver

Prior Experience –

1) Worked as a Co Ordinator in an International School overseeing multiple grades

2) Monitored Class/student academic progress periodically

3) Engaged with parents on student’s academic progress

4) Worked with students/schools in participating in Olympiads

5) Prior Teaching experience

6) Subjects Math, Eng., Sci

7) Grades 1 ~ 3, 4 ~5, 6 ~8, 9 ~ 10, 11~ 12

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
