Job Description – Account Management

· Develops deep understanding of the products and features being offered

· Conducts demo sessions for prospective customers

· Clarifies customer queries on features availability and implementation approach

· Collects business requirements from customers for implementation

· Analyses customer’s business processes to identify mapping them to the features of the product being implemented

· Performs requirement analysis and creates project plan

· Leads project review meetings with the customer

· Collaborates with technical team for seamless project delivery

· Coordinates activities simultaneously for multiple projects

· Provides product training and user adoption support

· Advises customers on best practices in utilizing product functionality for general Business Process Improvement

· Provides insight to the Technical Consultant, on the Business Processes

· Guides technical consultants in translating business requirements to configure the systems

Desired Profile

· Graduate or Masters in any discipline

· At least 5 years experience in varied business and functional domains

· Must be tech-savvy and eager to pursue a career in digital transformation space

· Candidates having HR / Recruitment / Operations / Sales / Marketing background and willing to switch career, would be an ideal fit

· Analytical and problem-solving ability

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· The ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Self-motivated and the drive to pursue targets

· Resilience and the ability to stay calm when under pressure

Salary: ₹12,654.00 – ₹51,183.00 per month
