We are currently looking to hire Customer Relationship Manager for our Volkswagen Car Service Center located in Royapettah.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales and service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Good E-mail writing skills

Work Location: Royapettah

Work Timings: Monday – Saturday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

Note: Show have previously worked as Customer Relationship Manager for a minimum of 02 years. Female candidates are preferred for the mentioned position.
