Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative

Social Media Marketing Executive

to manage and grow our brand presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital media, strong content creation skills, and a basic understanding of social media marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement

Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers for creative assets

Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing

Run basic ad campaigns (Meta Ads/Facebook/Instagram) under guidance

Support in influencer outreach and collaborations (if applicable)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

Basic knowledge of social media tools, trends, and algorithms

Experience with Canva, basic Photoshop, or any editing tools is a plus

Good command of English – both written and verbal

Strong creativity and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Previous internship or freelance experience in social media is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,500.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
