Job Description: 
Must knowledge of the GINESYS Software and Web report Exago tool
Responsibility for maintain MIS and create report on daily basis.
Make Flow chart monitoring sheets (FMS) and Project Monitoring sheets (PMS) on Google sheets.
Depth knowledge of advance functions like – Pivot table, Array, Query, V-lookup , H-lookup, Mail merge, import range other advance functions in Excel and Google sheets.
Maintain Google Sheets, Stock audit reports, Procurements report, Variance Analysis, Target Achievement reports, charts and presentation as required by the Directors.
Automation of the all reports or daily work of operations to make it easier and smooth for team.
Ability to think differently and incorporate suitable changes on existing reports.
Ability to convert raw data in to statistical data which can be presented to the higher management
Ability to plan and organize when faced with multiple tasks
Create monthly, weekly and daily reports from various databases
Analyze data to ensure correctness of reports created.
Handle the Database on SQL & provide data to client.
Automation report vba/macro writing on daily bases
Daily MIS floating and coordination concern department.
Prepare sale report and Purchase Report
Key Skills :-
Advanced Excel (VLOOOKUP,HLOOKUP, INDEX,MATCH,PIVOT TABLE ,SUMMIF, COUNTIF,ROUNDUP, ROUND, ROUNDOWN,PROPER, TRIM,CONCATNENATE,CHART, CONDITIONAL FORMATING,MAIL MERGE ,etc.) Word, Basic knowledge of Access (Form, Query, Report), Excel VBA (Basic). SQL Developer, Advance Excel. Macro, Basic knowledge of VBA and Python Programming etc. Google Forms, Google Sheet, Google Docs
