Duties
Basic Function of the Position: The position is located in the FAC-Facilities Office, U.S. Embassy, New Delhi. The incumbent will report to the Senior Facility Manager and the Building Engineer Supervisor, and will be required to work under their direction to determine work priorities. S/he will be the primary point of contact for all routine, emergency and preventive maintenance work orders and requests for services and assures distribution to the appropriate shop for action. S/he will be the customer service representative for the Facility Management section, communicating with personnel from all levels with the Embassy. The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: The position requires two years of office administrative/clerical experience in a customer-service office.

Education Requirements:
The position requires completion of Secondary School (Class X).

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in New Delhi, India may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time the conditional offer letter is issued by the HR Office.
