The role is based out of Gurgaon and reports directly to the lead for Shuttle Network in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Network creation and expansion locally in the city. This role requires strong business acumen along with strong performance management skills to drive growth of Network in the city. As a part of this role, you will be working very closely with the Supply and Rider Growth team. This role is best suited for people who have prior experience in Operations, strong sense of geographical understanding and are comfortable having hands on approach with a hustle mentality.
What You’ll Do
Problem Solving: Deep dive into our most challenging problems on Network design and optimization and develop solutions through first-principle thinking & robust analysis.
Analyse data: Keep a tab on the metrics and delve into the network, rider & driver metrics to identify gaps, develop hypotheses and use data to drive solutions.
Network Expansion & Optimization:
Use data to design the offering parameters – frequency, departure times, pricing and network nodes.
Monitor key network metrics and use them to inform decisions to improve the offering for the customers and utilization of the network
Scale: Find opportunities to optimise, streamline or automate processes to improve the scalability of network growth and expansion
Drive PMF: Identify solutions to improve the product-market fit and work with central ops and product teams to drive improvements.
Be an owner: We’re building a business and there’s a lot that we don’t know. You will need to be a self-starter that doesn’t shy away from facing challenges and takes the initiative to ensure we move the business forward.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in the tech industry
Data-driven decision making ability & sound judgment through analytical thinking to assess problems.
The ability to clearly communicate and present information to stakeholders across all levels of the business
Proactive and creative solutions-driven approach, with a ‘get it done’ attitude
SQL is a must
