define, implement and stay current with IT program/project management and business analysis best practice across the project lifecycle
cover technologies, process, methodologies, standards and toolsets
educate, collaborate and influence the relevant IT stakeholders across all regions through matrix reporting
think outside of the box and to challenge the status quo to drive new ways of doing things

Find out more about our program on ubs.com/careercomeback .Your teamYou ll be working in the HRIT, Delivery Excellence and Elevation (DEE) team based out of Pune, India, working predominantly with, but not limited to, the HR IT business analysts, project and program managers located across the globe. We analyze, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. As the Development Chapter Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving our target state from a technology culture, behavioral and skills perspective, which is key to HR and IT’s success.

Bachelor s/Master s or equivalent with a focus on IT
