The Admin Executive role will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the organization. This position requires a combination of interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and understanding of policies and practices to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace and the well-being of employees.
Role and Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Data Management: Maintain files such as employee personal files, PF related documents. Helping the accounts team with the required documents during payroll, reimbursements, personal details etc
Employee Relation: To respond to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to the appropriate policies and procedures
External Audit – making sure all the BGV reports , contracts and other documents are available for a smooth audit. Internal Audit – sharing all the signed contracts with the HR Director
Skills, Experience & Mindsets :
Less than 4 years of experience. Freshers can also apply
High degree of ownership and a bias for action with willingness to be hands on & frugal
Ability to work with ambiguity and innovative ideas
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage specific asks and requirements
An independent thinker and people problems solver, able to navigate uncertainty
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
