- JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for all kinds of payable accounts for internal and external customers such as raw materials. transporters, consumables, spares, packing, imports, misc. purchase, job work, salary & wages, LTA, medical, TA bills, TDS, insurance and other misc. accounting. reconciliation of ap with general ledger and suppliers ledger.

Key Performance Indicators

- Process all purchases ,refunds & invoices
- Financial and Performance reporting
- Management of fixed assets
- Creditors reconciliation
- Monitor accruals for management accounts
- Ensure all purchase reconciliations
- Processing of bills and payables
- Reconciliation of purchase register with the General Ledger
- Processing of raw materials invoices
- Processing of purchase invoices
- GIN verification
- Booking of all invoices
- Booking and clearing of all types of bills
- Assisting with purchasing, cash management and budgeting
- Compilation of statutory audit details
- Preparation of details for monthly and annual closing
- Able to interpret and provide basic analysis of management information and link to business unit strategy and operational performance
- Booking of GIN related to Fixed Assets
- Prepare addition and retirement of assets
- Prepare fixed asset schedule as per the Companies Act
- Preparation of the assets as per the audit requirements

External interaction with the suppliers for reconciliation
4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience
M.Com and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Knowledge of Accounting standards, principles and practices
- Knowledge of ERP- Oracle
- Ability to think about organization and teams first before self. Ability to create a level of trust, mutual respect and sharing approach in the team.
