Responsibilities:
· Manage customer Pre-order, Post-Order, and Advice-related concerns on a range of customer support channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/e-mails/Calls)
· Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customer were necessary.
· Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
· Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
· Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
· Strong problem-solving abilities along with Strong multitasking and time management/Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide post-sales handholding
· Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies. Will be responsible for ensuring customer happiness throughout the process of ordering.
· Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests.
· Ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way.
· Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
· Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
