UI/UX Designer-Figma at Mohali Full Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and user experiences, with a specific focus on SaaS products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

·       Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

·       Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

·       Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

·       Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.

·       Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products.

·       Analyze and improve the usability of existing products and propose enhancements.

Qualifications:

·       Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Knowledge of React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Mandatory Skills: At least 2 years of experience using Figma for design and prototyping.

Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.

·Industry Experience: Experience in designing for B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in SaaS companies.

· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

·Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
