JOB SUMMARY
- To be responsible for the marketing plan and strategy for the entire liabilities product portfolio (TASC, TPP, SQ Branch, and ATM)
- Understand the product and develop new product launch communication targeted towards the specific segments
- Develop the go-to-market plan for the new product and business sustenance plan for the existing product
- Interaction with various internal and external stakeholders (details mentioned below)
- Track the performance of the product and suggest an improvement plan.
Gather competition insights on products and present on a monthly basis
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial / Business
- Monthly Business Review – With Business Achievements Numbers, Marketing Campaign details performance and Execution reports
- Data and Analytics management for the products (Sales data, shares, etc) and comprehensive mining of data to unearth insights and relevant actions to grow the business and market share
- Product Promotions Review
- Branch Launch promotions and marketing plan.
- Product performance Analysis – Periodic recommendation of Product Development and giving market insight to products team
- Help RMMs on lead generation Ideas follow up on conversions and suggest improvement in lead generation model
- Keeping detailed track of budget and spends for the business and suggesting Innovative and cost-effective promotion ideas justifying the ROI
Customer Service
- Generating Insights for business, products and presenting fresh business Ideas for the product
- Mystery branch visit to observe and understand the customer experience
- Implementing fresh marketing promotion tool or business Idea every quarter
- Creative and collateral support to regional activations for the smooth running of the business
Internal Processes
- Defining SLAs for Creative Agency, Meeting the Creative Agency Every week and discuss and prioritize Jobs
- Define SLAs for interdepartmental creative support
- Define Process note for the replenishment of in-branch collaterals.
- End to end responsibility of an error-free translation of marketing collateral
- Monthly Meetings with a business head and product heads to understand the business challenges.
