Coordinate with business and Vendor for meeting daily productivity against business targets

Coordinate between Cash Group and Operations for accurate funding

To resolve customer grievances

Ensure adherence to process and regulatory compliance

Business

Process loan within the agreed SLA

Publish daily MIS to support Business

Customer

Ensure the branch grievances are addressed and resolved within the stipulated time frame.

Maintain accuracy in Financial Transactions viz. Loan Amount, Processing Fee, Insurance, and other income and expenses ledgers.

Timely dispatch of customer collaterals on loan closures

Internal process

Tally the Branch Working Date, Cash In Hand & Operations ledgers daily.

Monitor records unit to ensure process compliance and Customer confidentiality

Audit of high value documents .

Monitoring of physical documents against image based processing

Monitoring of post disbursal documents (Ro copy etc.)

Scrutinize property document against the legal opinion report.

Learning and Performance

Attend the trainings as and when nominated for

Expertise on retail lending system and interest calculations

Conversant with Microsoft excel usage of IRR and PMT function

Adept in workflow management system

Apt decision making skills.

Ability to identify & resolve the queries in the team.

Multitasking ability.

Communication skills- fluent in local language apart from English.

People Management.

Willingness to travel- as and when required and should be open for relocation for career opportunities and business requirements.
