We’re hiring a Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator to join our U Krew!
Join our team & share your passion for curating signature experiences for our contingent workforce, hiring teams, and suppliers. We’re looking for a teamwork-oriented, collaborative individual who can synthesize ideas, contribute to the team, and build effective relationships across the organization as we drive toward our goal of delivering best in class contingent workforce solutions.
You will provide support to the Contingent Workforce Program Team by managing daily program activities while partnering closely with our managed service provider to drive compliance, education, and projects. You will perform a variety of administrative and program management tasks to help plan and organize program efficiencies.
This role will require strong time management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail coupled with team-driven results, flexibility, innovative thinking, problem-solving, and self-motivation will help you be successful. Job Responsibilities
Provide support for internal stakeholder inquiries with respect to CW guidelines, policies and procedures, while focusing on providing a best-in-class experience.
Act as the first escalation point for contingent worker support and issue resolution
Work with key stakeholders to ensure a streamlined on-boarding and off-boarding experience for all workers.
Create and maintain documentation around key work functions, providing training and mentoring support.
Partner with Global Contingent Workforce Leader to meet team goals, drive projects to completion and solve complex problems.
Identify issues proactively based on discussions and trends.
Conduct in-person training sessions.
Manage day to day tactical work including but not limited to communications, documentation, scheduling and running meetings.
Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas of position
Manage program-related resources and documentation to ensure all materials are current and communicated to all stakeholders (create, edit, maintain)
Schedule and organize team and project meetings and maintain agenda.
Maintain an understanding of UKG Inc. products and offerings.
Ad hoc project work
Qualifications
Required:
Proven customer service skills and experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
Analytical and problem-solving experience capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a high level of self-initiative with an emphasis on delivering results
Preferred:
Previous experience of contingent workforce, staffing or HR operations
Experienced with Vendor Management Systems
Public speaking/presentation/training experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of employees (written and verbal)
Sense of humor
