Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Fresher/Experienced)

Job Description:

· Experience 1 – 2 years

· Head-Finance, Accounts and Taxation

· Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

· Ensuring Direct and Indirect Tax law compliance and filing periodical returns

· Establish and implement proper accounting methods, policies and principals

· Meet financial accounting objectives

· Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

· Coordinate with Banks for Sanction Limits renewal and ensuring compliance with all sanction conditions

· Execute Forex Remittances through Banks and coordinate with CHA for Customs filing with proper information.

· Submit periodical statements/documents to Banks and ensuring FEMA compliance on all International Transactions

· Coordinate and complete Statutory audits and Internal audits.

· Provide recommendations and suggestions to Managements

· Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

· Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

· Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
