Position : Helpdesk Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer

Place of Posting: Ranchi (Jharkhand)

Work Experience: 2 Years in Technical Support in Networking Domain

Salary : Upto 14K

Qualification: B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma

Certification – CCNA (Required)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have min 1 years of experience in helpdesk services along with experience in Networking.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Prior experience of WAN Infrastructure.
• Good Knowledge in excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)

Job Responsibility

• First level support on telephone response to all problems logged in help desk within SLA
• Monitoring helpdesk problem queue & assigning problems to resource.
• Taking updated from the concerned technical staff for resolution of the problem. Tracking logged problems and update the status
• Follow up with end users after resolution for feedback
• SLA monitoring
