Role and Responsibilities :
- The Candidate would be responsible to ensure effective management of all hr related activities .
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees .
- Align with businesses to implement talent engagement and development initiatives • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
- Handle overall recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,417.42 – ₹28,331.42 per month
