Job Description
OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Engineering Team, collaborating closely with the CTO.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives.
Meeting with clients to discuss their solution needs.
Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions.
Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.
Designing and installing customized software and solutions for the clients.
Testing the performance of the installed system and fixing bugs.
Providing post-installation follow-ups.
Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.
Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.
Identifying and solving issues in current solutions.
Participates in engineering sprints and maintains some coding duties.
Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIs
Job Requirements
3-5 years of software engineering and developing APIs.
2+ years experience with Node.js and React.js.
1+ years experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
2+ years working in an Agile environment.
Previous work experience as a solutions engineer.
High-level communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
Attention to detail.
Sales experience.

Candidate Requirement

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in
3-5 years of software engineering and developing APIs.
2+ years experience with Node.js and React.js.
1+ years experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
2+ years working in an Agile environment.
Previous work experience as a solutions engineer..
