Our client is one of the world’s largest Conversational AI companies, having reached over 500 million devices, and processed over 4+billion conversations to date. We have built a robust set of technology and tools that can enable any kind of conversational application. They are currently looking to grow our Machine Learning team to strengthen and expand multiple research projects in the domain of information retrieval, multi-turn dialogue understanding, personalizing chatbots with emotions and personality, and monitoring conversations to measure business impact.
As a Technical Lead, you will be leading the team of Machine Learning Engineers to devise training and prediction pipelines at scale using best engineering practices. Youll get ample opportunities to solve complex ML problems which will improve the NLU of the Clients Conversational AI platform.
Job Responsibilities
Bachelor’s OR Masters degree in computer science with at least 5 years of experience
Work experience should include Backend experience in a good Product company.
System architecture – Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Kibana / grafana, NoSQL DB
Programming/framework – Python, Django / Flask
Machine Learning – Pytorch / TensorFlow / Keras and deep learning basics/certifications
Indicators of relevant resume – Current or past designation of Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, Architect, Lead Engineer
Indicators of passionate/self-motivated engineers – Google summer of code, Blogs, Open source contributions, Kaggle, Stackoverflow, Relevant certifications, etc.
Job Requirements
System architecture – Experience with Kubeflow / Metaflow / Argo / serve / Seldon, MLOps
Machine Learning – Experience with NLP / NLU
Managed a team of 3-5 people
Education from Tier 1 college
