The opening is for the role of a Front Office Executive at Umed Bhawan Palace, Kotah in the Hospitality (Hotel) Sector

Applicants should have the following qualifications :-

• Hotel Management Degree (Bachelors or Masters) from a reputed institute
• Hotel Management Experience of 5+ years
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
• Ability to read, write, and speak Hindi effectively

Applicants should have the following abilities :-

• Take lead responsibility of the Front Office Department in the absence of the Front Office HOD
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead team members and ensure coordination with other departments
• Ensuring that the guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times and to report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
• To check and update the allocation of rooms for all guests and follow up on the special requirements requested by the guests. To maintain a regular contact with long stay and suite guests to ensure their stays are an enjoyable one.
• Working Knowledge of Computer software to manage bookings (Opera or other comparable)
• Awareness of market competition, market trends, and market positioning
• Comfortable working with MS Office and other computer Skills
• Awareness of ongoing hotel activities and a proper handover of the pending points for next shift’s follow up and action is crucial.
• To be aware of all hotel services, facilities, and promotions, and knowledgeable of upselling techniques.
• General responsibilities are to maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, to maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments. Full support of Supervisors and of other team members is essential. Must be willing to take on other assignments from time to time.
