Responsibilities
- Processing payments to external vendors and maintaining updated records of payments and receipts.
- Manage statutory compliance payments with CA partner.
- Manage HR monthly labour compliance.
- Banking transactions and coordination
- Bookkeeping and budgeting
- Audit experience
- Office administration
- Travel and Stay bookings
- Identifying office space/lease arrangement
- Employee ID card/office stationery management
- Couriers
- Monthly Payroll inputs and related activities
- Monthly employee reimbursements
- Medical insurance, management and claims support
- End of year tax compliance for employees
- Annual employee gifting/care packages
- Coordinating office activities
Qualifications
- Mcom with 3-5 years’ experience in accounts.
- Sound knowledge on Indian Accounting Standards.
- Ability to execute think practically and execute things efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stake holders.
