The PMO Senior manager/Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing programs in collaboration with our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Program Design and Monitoring: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand program goals, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and implement effective program management processes to ensure successful execution. Monitor and evaluate program performance against key metrics and objectives.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align program activities with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
● Resource Planning and Allocation: Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, timelines, and resource plans. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet program objectives efficiently.
● Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with program execution. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness throughout the program lifecycle.
● Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
● Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate lessons learned into future program planning.
Qualifications:
● MBA degree is a plus.
● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
● Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
● Consulting background is desirable
● PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable.
