Unacademy Hiring for Social Media Manager at Greater Bengaluru Area Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media
• channels
• Plan at large, think and stitch wholesome 360 degree campaigns across platforms.
• Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between learners and the company, and ensure a positive learner service experience
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
• Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of social media management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach, primarily on the digital ecosystem
• Strong understanding of all social platforms and their features
• Hands-on experience in media promotions to drive strong social reach
• Stronghold on platform insights and analytics and accordingly using it to tweak the digital strategy
• ORM knowledge is a plus.
• A multi-tasker who will be responsible for Instagram and Twitter.
