Unacademy Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Full Time
As a TA Specialist, your majority of the time will be spent on activities in support of end-to-end TA, communication, sourcing of candidates, scheduling interviews, getting feedback and so on will be your responsibility. You will work alongside the in-house TA team to achieve the hiring goals.
Essential Functions:
- You will be spending a good amount of time screening candidates & coordinating with interviewers & Hiring Manager for Scheduling & Feedback.
- You will work on non-technical roles.
- You will be responsible for the smooth interview process at all interview levels.
- Follow and support recruiter in interviews and meetings.
- Add candidates to and track them to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment process and information.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.
- Strong Negotiation & Closure skills.
Particulars:
- WFO role 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
- Noida location only
