Uncle Delivery Express Hiring for Customer Service Associate at Gurgaon Full Time

If you join this team, you will:

  • Provide on call support for drivers and users – handle escalations related to order placement
  • Ensure calls are handled as per SOP within the designated talk time
  • Should be comfortable in dealing with drivers and always display a professional attitude on a call.

We would love to see you on-board if :

  • Should have problem-solving and convincing skills.
  • Should have worked on projects where they were required to convince/ resolve issues amicably. Preferably settlement of bills, Telecom, escalations handling.
  • Prior exp of working with Genesys and Salesforce would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent in Hindi & English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
