If you join this team, you will:
- You will be providing chat support for drivers and users – handle escalations related to order placement.
- You will ensure chats are handled as per SOP within the designated talk time.
We would love to see you on-board if :
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- You have start-up experience.
- You have worked in projects where it is required to convince/ resolve issues amicably.
- You have process calls for 10% outbound – in cases only where issues cannot be resolved over chat.
- You have prior experience of working with Genesys would be an added advantage.
- You have a typing speed above 40 wpm.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Live chat: 1 year (Preferred)
