Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the team.
2. Manage office operations and supplies.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
4. Assist in HR or Marketing-related tasks as needed.
5. Handle correspondence and communications.
6. Maintain and organize records and files.
7. Prepare reports and presentations in MS Office Suite.
8. Contribute to efficient problem-solving.
9. Maintain a professional and polished appearance.
10. Be willing to travel internationally when necessary.
Qualifications:
– MBA in HR or Marketing.
– 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
– Professional appearance and corporate dressing sense.
– Valid passport and willingness to travel globally.
