Overview

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will lead our testing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing effective testing strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Business Stakeholders to understand FMCG Market working and on-field market challenges where IT can lead and solve for sales growth and productivity in the space of Sales and Customer Development.
• Strong Communication skills with bright verbal aptitude is strongly needed for this Techno-Functional role
• Ability to quickly grasp Business domain knowledge and understand on field-business teams KPIs and using this knowledge for data solutions
• Ability to build a quick understanding on various data sets and translate the requirements to possible solution design along with the extended partner teams
• Leading HUL’s top data analytics solutions from CD-IT’s front to partner with Business on Agile Project Planning activities like:
• Scoping User Requirements
• Sprint Prioritization
• Effort Estimation
• Governance
• Capacity Planning
• Managing Sprints
• UAT and Delivery of features through Managing Deployments
• Manage right Communication on all activities with the right stakeholders
• Managing the support process
• Engaging with Vendor Partners for Platform/Technology developments, innovations, and smooth delivery of Business IT Solutions in Data Analytics ecosystem.
• Expertise in Techno-Functional persona with good knowledge in platforms like AWS services, GCP and other cloud services.
• Ability to work with Big Data, Data Warehousing Tools like Biq Query, SQL or other ETL tools.
• Good Understanding of Full Stack Application Development Framework (REST APIs, AngularJS, NoSQL) to help partner with Development Teams for adequate feature delivery.
