Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries regarding product availability, delivery dates, tracking information etc., via phone/e-mail/chat etc.,
• Ensure timely deliveries of products by efficiently planning and dispatching trucks.
• Manage customer queries related to order status, delivery schedules etc., while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions including orders placed, delivered quantities etc.,
• Prepare reports on daily basis for management which includes details like number of trucks despatched, quantity of material moved, issues faced during transportation etc.,
• Keep track of any pending tasks or outstanding issues related to logistics operations and follow up accordingly.
• Assist in identifying areas where processes can be improved upon to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
