Selection Procedure:
1. For Post mentioned i.e. AGM (Finance), DGM (Engg.) (Civil), PM (Civil), DPM (Civil), SPE (Electrical) AM (HRM) The selection criteria for the posts mentioned at S.No. 01 – 06 will be by way of Personal Interview.
2. Decision of NBCC will be final in this regard. Personal Interviews will be held at New Delhi only. For Post mentioned i.e. Sr. Stenographer & Office Assistant (Stenographer) Candidates applying for the posts will be required to appear for the Skill Test to be held at New Delhi only.
3. Decision of NBCC will be final in this regard. The names of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on www.nbccindia.com under head “CAREER within Human Resources”.
4. Separate individual e-mails will be sent to the shortlisted candidates. After the final selection, Offer of Appointment shall be issued to the selected candidates. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
5. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email only and no other mode of communication will be followed.
