Your Role:
ekaterra aspires to be a welcoming and energetic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. We are consistently exploring new technologies and tools to be agile. As Identity and Access Manager you’ll be a part of the core team that keeps the cloud services redundant, scalable, and secure. The job is to manage and maintain Identity Management, Federation and Synchronization Solutions (Okta Administration is highly preferred).
This person has subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architecture. This person will work closely with business leaders and platform teams to to gather information needed for business application integration with our IAM solution and implementation partner.
Your Key Tasks:
Produce IAM solutions (as a service) that meet business objectives and drive compliance with ekaterra’s information security goals.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of an IAM strategy, with a roadmap of key deliverables and timelines
Work closely with design and implementation engineers to create high level designs that set north stars for the ongoing delivery of IAM services.
Partner with platform and security teams across ekaterra organisation to provide (technical) expertise, design guidance and drive best practices.
Catalog risk embedded in legacy IAM implementations and help define the path to industry leading secure designs and services.
Create and deliver effective presentations that inform the Leadership teams to ultimately drive business relevant information security decisions.
Establish appropriate stakeholder relationships that facilitate improvements in the architect’s domain.
Maintain strong vendor relationships that drive partnership with ekaterra and to stay on the cutting edge of strong IAM solutions and services.
Identify and deploy internal process and automation improvements.
Work as an escalation point for the global IT support team (outsourced)
Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation, knowledge base articles.
Help grow and mentor the global IT organization
Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of experience playing a key role in building IAM programs
Bachelor’s degree with a preference for computer science, information security, management information systems, or related major
Solid understanding of IAM constructs/services, including MFA, SSO, IDM, PAM, and others, across data center, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
General understanding of industry standard risk management practices and core remediation strategies.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment where services are fully outsourced.
Develop test cases and deployment documentation.
Solid blend of business process understanding- technological proficiency and integration of both.
A can-do attitude- willingness to learn- being an agent of positive change and helping other team members grow.
Communication skills, both oral and written to communicate effectively with Business and IT colleagues.
Experience in working closely with all business lines to identify business needs and IAM opportunities.
Ability to solve problems independently and as part of a team.
