Job Title: R&D Lab Helper
JOB LOCATION: Minburi Factory (Lat Krabang Industrial Estate)
Minimum Requirements:
- Matrix with Mathematics & Physical Science.
- Working towards or completed Food & Science Bachelor’s degree.
- Any of the following training/skills: soft physical-chemistry, food science, GMP.
- Requiring 1-year contact
- Fair in English communication.
- Basic computer literacy, i.e.: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A great passion for foods.
- Safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
As a R&D Lab helper at Unilever focusing on Formulation your key responsibilities & accountabilities could be (amongst others):
- Product design and development that meet Unilever Highest Nutritional Standards to address trends in the market.
- Experimental work on formulation optimization and product quality improvement including sample preparation.
- Utilize a digital tool to speed up product design capability.
- Carry out the product stability testing including physical&chemical analysis.
- Product characterization for culinary / sensory related advice to product development.
- Conduct foods products sensory evaluation.
- Supporting the Research and Development activities related to the cost-effective implementation.
- Responsible for integrity of specifications and formulations in specification management system.
- Raw material stock management.
- Conduct material and supplier change risk assessment.
- Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
