iOPS Technology fusion team is driving the implementation of the digital solutions in iOPS. The team is composed by a lean global leadership, dedicated platforms teams, market activation teams and other IT specialists designated to a specific task

Main purpose of job:

Main purpose of this role is to connect the different workstreams of design and delivery we have in iOPS tech with process design, market implementation and performance management. This role drives value for our program implementation by delivering:

• End to End Digital Customer experience

• Lead the design for “Integrated Business Products” – across plan, execute deliver and collect pillars of iOps

• Define “user experience” and personas from customer lens – and touchpoints across 20+ technologies to ensure process, data and UX will be consistent through the ecosystem

• Integrating with the overall Technology budget plan seeking for additional savings for the program. Focus on value realization and technology adoption and training to enable that with the process excellence teams and platforms

Key accountabilities:

Integrated Design

• Ensure integrated design – focusing on technology for “Integrated Business Products” – across plan, execute deliver and collect pillars of iOps

• Key Outcome: Global/ regional templates for integrated business products across technologies at detailed implementable design

User experience

• Assess current state of user experience” and personas from customer lens

• Define UX and UI standards for iOps based on Unilever standards

• Drive revamp of UI/ UX as needed through the IOps platforms in an integrated way.

• Key Outcome: Improvement in Net promoter Score across user groups of iOps.

Cost Control and optimization:

• Work with finance business partners and platform owners to establish a cost performance review and optimization plan, in search of synergies for the overall technology workstream

• Coordinate the integrated plan of decommission with platforms and markets

• Key Outcome: better visibility and trade-offs for tech costs. Optimization of total investment. Ensure decommissioning of technology being replaced by iOPs tech generating real savings and landscapes simplification for Unilever

Experience and qualifications required:

• Overall 8+ years of experience in IT of which 3+ years of experience working with markets/operations on technology delivery, process simplification

• Experience in large transformation programs involving multiple MCOs

• Business acumen on Supply Chain, Customer Development and Finance for understanding different trade-offs of actions which can help make better decisions on the integrated technology

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Computer Science required, and Masters/MBA preferred

• Experience building and managing diverse teams

• Ability to work with multiple cultures, both within team and stakeholders

• Good domain knowledge to be able to work with Platform Directors, and global Stakeholders to ensure alignment within and outside Unilever IT organizations.

• End to end knowledge of IT cost components to enable deep activity cost reviews
