Job Title: Sr Executive – Contract and Commercial Analyst

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The need for this increasingly Agile and Mobile workforce is happening while the sheer volume of available devices and services required by the business is dramatically multiplying. However, at the same time the business needs us to deliver robust mobility services whilst relentlessly driving down cost. The Mobile & Devices team plays a pivotal role in enabling the levels of mobility and agility that Unilever needs to succeed
As a part of the Mobile & Devices team, the purpose of the Contract and Commercial Analyst role is to support the Contract and Commercial Manager and ensure all contractual amendments are upto date and commercials are processed to the vendor.
The Contract and Commercial Analyst reports to the Senior Manager- Contract and Commercials.
JOB SUMMARY
The Contract and Commercial Analyst Is responsible as an SME, for supporting the Senior Manager- Contract and Commercials in ensuring all payments to vendors and credits due to Unilever are processed .
Specific deliverables within this role include but are not limited to:
Invoicing and billing
Work closely with vendor partners for validation of all billing before invoicing
Work with Geo IT and other stakeholders for any issues on commercials
Work with account payable team for any payment issues to vendors
Create dashboard and status updates leadership on payments
Guide vendors on Velocity, Tungsten, Coupa and other Unilever tools
Contracts
Manage updated list of all contracts managed by M&D
Keep sharepoint updated with the contracts
Consumption analytics and reporting
Governances and audit
Drive commercial governances with all major vendors
Work with internal audit teams for providing data for commercial and vendor audits
Purchase orders
Get purchase orders created and aligned for all M&D vendors
Track PO status and payments against the same
Work with Geo IT for local P
RESOURCES:
This position will require the ability to work as part of a global team
It will require the ability to work with complex virtual teams and a network of stakeholders within Unilever.
The position will also involve close collaboration and partnership when working with key Vendors and Suppliers.
