We are looking to hire a Talent Advisor (1B/1C) – Bangalore UniOps
Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:
As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from role definition through to on boarding for entry to mid-level hiring across India. You will also partner with the business to understand and apply recruitment policy and effectively interface with social networks, third party recruiters or other recruitment service providers where required.
Key Accountabilities:
End to end accountability for recruitments for the India geography for functions
Managing internal and external recruitment activities placing priority on filling key roles in line with agreed global processes and Service Level Agreements
Execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives
Managing Applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy
Networking to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels
Leveraging internal and external contacts to ensure available pools of talent for future openings
In conjunction with the Talent Manager and HRBPs, developing effective recruitment forecasts to accurately predict our future talent requirements basis business ambition.
Assisting the Talent Manager in tracking changing trends in the Indian Talent Market
Managing candidate relationships and communicating the Unilever employment value proposition to prospective hires
Provide and analyse data on key metrics for recruitment, application flow, sources and quality of talent as required
Key Skills & Requirements
Post-graduate with 2-5 years full life-cycle recruiting with significant direct sourcing and in-house recruiting experience in a Fortune 100 company and / or consumer goods sector
Significant functional / regional recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction
Exceptional candidate relationship management skills
Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc)
Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
